It’s a common situation: the new TV is bigger than the old one, and there’s already a mount on the wall. If that mount is rated for the new TV’s size and weight and fits the bolt pattern on the back, it’s a TV swap — $99, no new holes. Text us the mount and the new TV’s model before the visit and we’ll check, so there’s no surprise when we get there.
If the old mount can’t safely hold the new TV — it’s undersized, or the arms won’t reach the new mounting holes — we put up a new mount at the regular posted price: $125, $150 or $175 by size. Bring your mount, or we’ll pick one up at cost. Big screens are heavy; if no one at home can help lift, a second person is +$50. The helper only lifts — Steve still does the install. 90 inches is the largest we mount.
An upgrade is also a good time to finally hide the cords — $35 on-wall, $75 in-wall, or $100 in-wall with power — or add a soundbar under the new screen for $49.
