Why We Post Our Prices

The Price You See
Is the Price You Pay

A lot of installers quote a vague number on the phone, then find extras once they’re standing in your living room — “hiding the wires wasn’t on the ticket.” We don’t work that way.

Every price is posted and the same for everyone. Anything extra, like cord concealment, a soundbar or a brick, stone or tile wall, is named and priced before we arrive. Owner Steve does every install personally, and you pay when the job is done and you’re happy with it.

Price Questions

TV Mounting Cost
Questions, Answered

How much does TV mounting cost in Flower Mound?

TV Mount Texas charges a flat, posted price: $125 for TVs up to 50 inches, $150 for 51 to 70 inches, and $175 for 71 to 90 inches. A TV swap onto an existing mount is $99. The same prices apply across Flower Mound and the northwest DFW suburbs we serve, with no travel fee.

How much does it cost to mount multiple TVs?

With the Move-In Special, the first TV is $125 at any size up to 90 inches, and each additional TV on the same visit is $100. Two TVs are $225, three TVs are $325, and four TVs are $425.

What will my total be?

Your total is the posted price per TV, plus any add-ons you pick (cord concealment $35, $75 or $100, soundbar $49), plus a wall charge if it’s brick or stone (+$35) or tile (+$50). No travel fee in our 20 cities. The mount isn’t included: bring yours, or we’ll pick one up and pass it through at cost. Every job is covered by $1M liability insurance and a 1-year workmanship guarantee. Text a photo of each wall and your TV sizes and you’ll get the exact total in writing before we come out.

How much does it cost to hide the TV wires?

On-wall raceway is $35. In-wall is $75 when there’s already an outlet behind the TV, or $100 when we bring power up too. The $100 option includes an in-wall power kit, a proper recessed box and rated cord, never a bare power cord fished through the wall. Send a photo and we’ll tell you which one you need before we come out.

Is there a travel fee or trip charge?

No. There is no travel fee anywhere in our service area, which covers Flower Mound and 19 nearby northwest DFW cities including Highland Village, Lewisville, Grapevine, Southlake, Keller, Coppell, Denton and Argyle.

Does mounting on brick, stone or over a fireplace cost more?

Brick or stone is $35 extra per TV for masonry bits, anchors and the extra drilling time, including over the fireplace. Above a fireplace on drywall is the regular price. Send a photo and your total is confirmed before we arrive.

Do you mount on tile?

Yes. Tile is $50 extra per TV, for two reasons. Stud finders don’t read through tile and the backer board behind it, so finding the studs takes real time, and we take that time instead of guessing. Tile also has to be drilled slowly with special bits so it doesn’t crack, and it wears those bits out fast. Send a photo of the wall and we’ll confirm your total before we come out.

What about big TVs over 65 inches?

Large TVs take two people to lift safely onto the mount. When you book, we’ll ask if you or someone at home can help with the lift — it only takes a minute. If no one’s available, we’ll bring a second person for a flat $50, and we’ll tell you that before we arrive. The helper only lifts; Steve still does the install. We don’t mount TVs over 90 inches.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. Every install comes with a 1-year workmanship guarantee. If anything we installed comes loose, sags or isn’t level within a year, call or text and we’ll come take a look and fix it free. It doesn’t cover defects in the TV or the mount itself (that’s the manufacturer’s warranty), problems with the wall or structure, damage after the install, or anything moved or changed after we leave.

Do you set up streaming apps and Wi-Fi?

We reconnect everything that was hooked up and make sure the TV powers on with a picture. Logging into apps and accounts takes your passwords, so we leave that part to you — it’s faster and cheaper that way.

When do I pay?

You pay when the job is done and you are happy with the result. The price you are quoted before we arrive is the price you pay.
