I’m Steve. My wife and I own TV Mount Texas, and I do every install myself. No crews you’ve never met, no handoffs. When you call, you’re talking to the person who’ll be in your living room.
My Story
Native Texan.
30+ Years Building Things.
I’m a native Texan. DFW has always been home, and Flower Mound has been home for the last 18 years.
I’ve spent more than 30 years in contracting, and over that time I’ve built and sold a number of companies across very different kinds of business. That taught me what customers actually want from someone working in their home: show up when you say you will, do it right, and charge what you said you’d charge.
It also showed me the part of this industry I didn’t want to be part of. A lot of companies quote a vague number on the phone, then find extras once they’re standing in your living room. “Hiding the wires wasn’t on the ticket.” I started TV Mount Texas to do it the other way: every price posted up front, the same for everyone, and anything extra named before I ever arrive.
That means the TV goes up level and secure on the right anchors for your wall, cords are handled the way we agreed, everything gets tested before I leave, and your room is left clean. You pay when the job is done and you’re happy with it. And I stand behind it: every install has a 1-year workmanship guarantee. If anything I installed comes loose, sags or isn’t level, call or text and I’ll come back and fix it free.

TV Mount Texas is family-owned and run right here in Flower Mound. At home it’s my wife, our two daughters, and one crazy Aussiedoodle. We’re at church every week, and when I’m not on a job you’ll usually find me outdoors near the water. If it has a board, I’m on it.
We live here too. The people I work for are neighbors, and the way I run this business is the way I’d want someone to treat my family’s home.
