These Terms of Service govern your use of tvmounttexas.com and the services provided by TV Mount Texas. By contacting us or scheduling service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

TV Mount Texas provides TV mounting, TV swap, cord concealment, soundbar mounting, home theater setup, and smart home and streaming device setup services in Flower Mound, TX and surrounding DFW suburbs.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted prior to service. Flat rates apply to standard installations. Custom or complex jobs — including cord concealment, home theater setup, and unusual wall types — are quoted individually before work begins. You agree to pay the quoted price upon satisfactory completion of service.

• TV mounting up to 50″ — $125
• TV mounting 51″ to 70″ — $150
• TV mounting 71″ to 90″ — $175
• TV swap (existing mount) — $99
• Soundbar mounting add-on — $49
• Cord concealment and home theater setup — quoted individually

3. Appointments

Same-day service is available based on current scheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule due to prior commitments or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes. We ask that you be available at the service location for the scheduled appointment window.

4. SMS Communications

TV Mount Texas uses SMS messaging to communicate with customers who have opted in via our website contact form at tvmounttexas.com/contact/.

• Program description: Appointment confirmations, service updates, and review requests sent to opted-in customers.
• Opt-in: Submit our contact form at tvmounttexas.com/contact/ and check the SMS consent checkbox.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

• Message frequency: Varies based on your service activity.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing wall damage, hidden structural issues, electrical problems behind walls, or manufacturer defects in mounting hardware. We will communicate any concerns discovered during installation before proceeding.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your wall type, TV size, and installation location when booking. If conditions differ materially from what was described, we reserve the right to requote the job before proceeding.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
